We offer a standard 14-day return policy on any DOA (Dead on Arrival) or unused, factory sealed products.
All returns or exchanges must be complete with original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, consumables are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. This includes but is not limited to e-juice, coils, tanks, accessories, drip tips, replacement parts, rebuildable supplies, glassware, pipes, rolling papers, etc.
Any products that have been modified or damaged by the customer are not applicable for return or exchange. We will not replace items based on cosmetic damage as we have no way of knowing how said damage occurred once the product has left our warehouse.
For an item to be deemed DOA (Dead on Arrival) the product must have detrimental issues upon arrival, this includes but is not limited to: faulty screen, faulty battery or power source, faulty controls leading to the device being inoperable, or a device that simply does not operate upon arrival.
Any software or firmware issues must be taken up with the manufacturer directly.
Please inspect and test all products upon arrival. The 14-day window begins when the product is delivered, regardless of whether the products were opened or not.
Returns and exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees based on individual circumstance. In the event a package is not signed for upon delivery and returned to us by the shipping courier, we will refund you for the products only. You will be charged for the shipping rate in full.
We can only accept returns on unopened, manufacturer sealed items, or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products that have been approved by one of our customer service representatives. All DOA products will need to be inspected by our staff prior to a refund or exchange, we will not cover any additional shipping costs incurred during transit back to us. If an exchange is approved, we will cover the shipping fees to send the new product to the customer.
Package insurance: Missing Package, Missing Items, Damaged Goods
Any missing package, missing items or damaged product claims will be sent to Canada Post for investigation. A ticket number will be issued to the customer by Canada Post to track the investigation. Once an investigation has been settled, we will determine the replacement or refund of the missing products on an individual basis. Vapestreet Canada is not responsible for any missing packages/products, stolen packages/products, or damaged goods.
Disposable products are only applicable for return or exchange when Dead on Arrival and must be claimed 48 after the product has been delivered to the customer. Disposable products must be sent back to us for inspection prior to a refund or exchange. Any defects after 48 hours will be directed to the manufacturer for warranty claims.
We do not offer any warranty or returns on sale or clearance items. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Herbal Vaporizers are subject to the same 14-day return policy as our other products. Details above.
Any orders that are sent back to us that are labelled “refused delivery” or “ID unavailable” will be charged for any shipping fees incurred during transit and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are under legal smoking age, do not order. You will not receive any product and you will be charged 15% of the original order plus any additional shipping fees.
