We at Vapestreet Canada Online pride ourselves in offering quick service. We ship through Canada Post exclusively at this time. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with a delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Proof of age required
We utilize Canada Post’s Proof of Age option on every single package we send out. You will be required to sign with Proof of Age for your package upon arrival. If you are not available when delivery is attempted, your order will be delivered to the closest Canada Post office, where you will be required to show Proof of Age (Government issued Photo ID) and sign to receive the package.
Any shipping fees associated with packages that are returned to us due to failure to provide Proof of Age will NOT be refunded. See our Return Policy for more details.
Our Proof of Age policy is in accordance with Canadian law. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
We offer Free Shipping on any orders over $125 CAD before tax.
In the event your package is not successfully delivered due to an issue we deem to be your fault (ie. wrong address, failure to pick up in a timely manner, lack of proof of age) We will deduct the shipping fees from the original shipment (even if shipping was free for you) and any fees from the return shipping that we incurred from the carrier from any potential refund you may be eligible for.
We process orders only during business hours, 8am-4pm PT, Monday – Friday. We are closed on all Statutory Canadian Holidays.
We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns arise regarding your order. In this event you would be contacted by email by our customer service team only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure we have your most recent contact information available to us when you place your order.
Typically, orders will be picked and shipped out same day if ordered before or during business hours. If orders are placed outside of business hours, they will be picked and shipped out on the following business day.
Any known issues regarding shipping will be clearly announced on the front page of our website, or by a site-wide banner.
Canada Post does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or major Canadian Holidays.
We currently only use Canada Post.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number and other information regarding your shipment will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
Please be sure to check “spam” folders if you do not receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email within 24 hours if the order is placed during, or within business hours.
Every package shipped by Vapestreet Canada Online is insured up to $100.00 CAD through Canada Post. If you would like to add more insurance, you can do so during checkout.
Shipping insurance is fulfilled by Canada Post and will not be personally guaranteed by Vapestreet Canada.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations are usually possible if made prior to the order being shipped. If you wish to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order is still within our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, if you wish to cancel your order you must return the shipment to us prior to receiving a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
